| 鸟苷酸环化酶 C(guanylyl cyclase C, GUCY2C/GCC)属于受体鸟苷酸环化酶家族中 的一员,该蛋白可作为内源性肽鸟苷蛋白和尿鸟苷蛋白以及耐热大肠杆菌肠毒素的受体。 GUCY2C 信号传导由内源激素鸟苷蛋白和尿鸟苷蛋白(分别为 GUCA2A 和 GUCA2B)和 外源细菌热稳定肠毒素 ST 诱导,产生第二信使 cGMP,激活 cGMP 依赖性蛋白酶 (PKG),最终导致上皮细胞增殖、分化和细胞凋亡等肠道稳态过程的调节。GUCY2C 广 泛表达于结直肠癌细胞和其他胃肠道肿瘤,GUCY2C 的功能丧失或增加与便秘或腹泻相关 的几种疾病有关,包括肠易激综合征伴便秘(IBS-C)和慢性特发性便秘(CIC)以及炎症 性肠病(IBD)。 | |
